Welcome to EvoSell, a mobile application operated by Evoluxar Marketing Technology Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

a. User Registration (via Admin Panel)

EvoSell is a B2C app with no public signup available in the mobile app. Users are registered manually through the admin panel by authorized personnel. We collect your name, phone number, and other operational details during this process.

b. Phone Number and OTP Login

Login is enabled using mobile number verification via OTP (One-Time Password). This information is used strictly for user authentication and communication related to app usage.

c. Location Data

We collect your device location data, including:

  • Foreground and Background Location Access (Always Allow)
  • Real-time and Continuous Location Tracking

This is mandatory for the Check-In feature to work correctly. If you deny or restrict location access, the Check-In functionality and related features will be unavailable.

d. Audio Recording

We request access to your device's microphone to allow you to send voice messages as part of the chat feature. Voice data is used solely to enable this functionality and is not used for any other purpose.

e. Notifications

We may request permission to send push notifications to deliver important messages, reminders, and updates relevant to your account activity. You can manage these preferences through your device settings.

2. Why We Collect Location Data

We require location access to:

  • Validate your Check-In at specific locations.
  • Track work hours on specific sales sites.
  • Improve operational tracking, such as task attendance and reporting.

Location data is only used for these purposes and never shared or sold for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate and log in users.
  • Enable core features such as location-based Check-Ins.
  • Maintain records and logs for internal purposes.
  • Improve service delivery and user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Authorized company administrators for operational insights.
  • Third-party services (e.g., OTP or location providers) under secure, contractual agreements.

  • Location Permission: “Always Allow” location access is required for proper functioning of location-based features.
